These activities are for those who would like to do them, otherwise bring your spinning, knitting, embroidery, etc

  

March 15^th – Alpaca spinning

April 19^th – Felting

May 17^th – Japanese embroidery – sashiko, kogin

June 21^st – Silk spinning including silk caps

July 19^th – Shibori

August 16^th – Spinning cotton, dog, cat

September 20^th – Temari balls & Christmas decorations

October 18^th – Dyed silk scarves

An Old Carding Song

Weaving started earlier in 2012.
We collected our boxes and then on a Friday when we are at spinning all day we commenced.
Over the next 6 months or so we worked on our bags and some of the finished ones were brought to our meeting last Friday for show and tell!
